The Book Blogger Buzz Tour: Guest Post with Reading With ABC

Hey everyone, I'm super excited about today's post. I am participating in this amazing tour, but this one isn't like the other book tours we all see on blogs, nope this is a book blogger tour. This tour is sponsered and set up by Rachel at Parajunkee.com. There are a great number of bloggers that are part of this tour and I get to be one of them YAY!!! Also there is an amazing giveaway that I will post toward the bottom of this post.

Today, I have the pleasure of hosting a post for the lovely blogger at Reading With ABC.

She is here to talk about her favorite blogger moment. I want to say a quick thanks to her for sharing this great post with us.

What a difficult question! I love everything about being a blogger. Oh, you still want ONE answer? Okay, I’ll try my best.

Being a book blogger is an amazing experience, getting to know authors, publishers, other bloggers and book lovers and attending so many awesome events is something that I would treasure forever. However, if I had to pinpoint one moment to be my favorite it would be when I attended Book Expo America for the first time and an author, also for the first time, recognized my blog. The author was Julie Kagawa, and I’m a big fan of her Iron Fey series. When she said, “oh yeah, I know you’re blog” it made my day! This has happened a few other times since then with authors and bloggers alike, and it’s always a thrill for me.

This will probably be awkward because I'm not a blogger. At least not at the time being, but I do love to read and I can't wait to jump into this website more and see all that it has to offer. I can't wait to hear more about the tour or other blogger's moment. I can share their excitement second-hand and sometimes that's almost just as special.

This is a great site, Ali, and I look forward to seeing it all.

I don't blog, but I am proud to have participated in the photographic "reveal" of the woman behind Icey Books. At long last, she posted a photo of herself once she'd been tapped to participate in a BEA panel. She is an inspiration to me!

That is such an awesome story! I love Julie Kagawa's Iron Fey series and I've read the first of her Immortal Rules books, and I'm excited for Talon. This series sounds like a lot of fun I'm glad I saw a button for it!
