12th - 18th -You are suddenly transported into a future time in which (horrors!) books are unknown. How would you explain books, and how wonderful they are, to the people of that time? (submitted by Maria @ A Night's Dream of Books)
Great question this week. I will say this is a nightmare of mine! Seriously, how can they not have books? Okay let's see, I would tell them all about the different worlds that books can take you and how they feel in your hands. I would have to tell them about the smell and how wonderful it is. I would have to mention how books teleport you into the story and how they can make you feel so much better on a rainy day. There is just so much I would say.
So what about you? How would you explain how wonderful books are?
