Mini Me Corner: Review Clarice Bean, Don't Look Now by Lauren Child

Alright, so you all know by now what Mini Me Corner reviews are, they are a review of a children's book.  Today I have a great chapter book to review.  

 I do these reviews a bit different then my normal reviews, my little girl reads and reviews these with me.  So today we have Clarice Bean, Don't Look Now by Lauren Child.  

Always remember: It's the worry you have not even thought to worry about that should worry you the most. Clarice Bean has a list of worries, such as Worry No.19: Robert Granger-will he ever leave her alone? Or Worry No. 9: largish spiders. But lately, Worry No. 3: change, and how it sometimes comes along when you least expect it.

First thing I want to say about this book is that I love the illustrations in this book and the cover is so cute.  I loved reading this book with my daughter, Samantha (8 years old).  It was a fun read and we read it chapter by chapter together every night.  

We laughed together reading this one and couldn't get enough of the story.  It has a cute plot and a great set of characters.  I love the way Lauren Child tells her stories. 

I can't wait to read more of Lauren's books with Samantha and don't worry we will defiantly review them right here on the blog.
