A whorl in the glass distorts the picture, like a thumb-print smear over a lens. I'm halfway down the stairs, gathering my hair into a ponytail, thoughts a million miles away, when a blue outside the window pulls me up short. I take another step, the view clears, and when I realize what I'm seeing, who I'm seeing, y stomach plummets and the air leaves my lungs like a final exhalation.
I have to say this, this book has me on the edge of my seat and it's already made me cry my eyes out and made me smile so much. I'm in love with this book and I'm only on chapter 3. I can't put it down! Come Back To Me by Mila Gray should be on shelves on the 8th of this month and I can't say who I'm buying for, because she reads this blog, but I'll be buying this one for a few of my gifts to giveaway for Christmas. LOL! I hope you all will do the same.
