Ali's Week at A Glance

Hey everyone, this is going to be a new post here on Ali's Bookshelf.  It is going to be a pretty long one though.  Every Monday, this post will be for looking back over the previous week, taking a glance at the week coming up,  plus a few other little special features.  So let's get to it.  Oh and before I forget the new sticker will be coming soon for this feature.


I got this idea from a few other bloggers posts, mainly On a Book Bender.  I love her blog and really wanted to do a post like this but mix in my own stuff as well.

Ali's Weekly Recap

So last week was a bit of a slow week for me here on Ali's Bookshelf.  I was a bit sick and so were my kids, but I did get a few things posted.  Mainly, the posts were for blog tours, The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty Excerpt (Review coming soon) and Angel's Heart blog tour Author Interview.

Alright, this is going to be a fun week this week.  I have 3 reviews ready to go and post (Cataclysm, Catching Fire, Demons of Milan ) then I have the usual posts Teaser Tuesday and Waiting on Wednesday.  Also on Wednesday I have a great blog tour for Harvest Treats.  So make sure you check all these great posts out this week.

Meanwhile in Ali's Life

So yeah, I've been sick and so has my family. It's been crazy around my house for the past two weeks. Plus I started my own PR and Blog Tour company so its been even more nuts around here. But, I'm loving working with authors on Blog Tours and PR. It's a lot of work but so much fun.

I went to a great book signing last week, I got to meet author James Dashner. It was a great night spent with my boyfriend and our friend Liz. James Dashner was a hoot chatting with kids about his book and also talking about The Maze Runner. I ended up getting all his books signed, posters to giveaway on the blog and stickers to also giveaway. Pictures to come soon!!!

Birthday - It seems that the number one search term this week for my blog is Birthday.  I guess because my Blogiversary bash I had going on.   Ali's Bookshelf turned one!!!
