So I've decided to join the #FitReaders group and actually I'm really excited about it. If you don't know what #FitReaders is, you can CLICK HERE for more information. Mainly I am setting a goal to walk 6000 steps a day or at least be active for 60 minutes a day. After awhile I might change my goals, but for now this is good for me.
Every week I'll be posting how I'm doing and I'm crossing my fingers that I can actually do this. We shall see. There is a weekly check in on the blog that is linked above and a great Facebook group to find encouragement if you need it.
Really excited about this and seeing as I joined in Wednesday night around 11 PM, I only have one day in so far. I did hit my goal yesterday though, so that's promising.
