It's August!!! It is the first of August and you know what that means...#BlogFlash2012 time!!! I am so excited about these posts, I really hope I can do this and post something pertaining to the prompts every single day! Today's prompt is a very fitting one to start with; well at least I think so.
Lately, I've been doing a lot of thinking about the blog, Ali Talks Live, and my past year of blogging. Ali's Bookshelf is almost one year old this month and its very exciting. When I first started blogging and reviewing books, I wasn't sure if it was going to be a good fit for me, but I am so glad I started blogging and reviewing books.
I love doing what I do so much and its a blast to me. I love helping out authors and getting their books out for people to hear about. I love getting to know authors and chatting with them on Ali Talks Live. I also love my readers and commenter's on this blog. All of you mean a lot to me and your support means the world to me.
While I was thinking of all this and what to say on this post, I started thinking of new ways to make my blog better as well. I've already started working on a long list of things that I want to do on the blog and Ali Talks Live as well.
Later one of the prompts for #BlogFlash2012 is one for Busy and my plans for that one is to make a list of all the things I want to do in August and the upcoming months to make my blog and show better. But for right now I want to tell you about the few things I've already done and I would love to hear what you think about them.
1. I have started straightening up the sidebars, I've taken something's away and added some new and even re-sized something's.
2. Next, I have started to straighten up my labels, shorting the list a bit to make it look better. My old list was huge and the size of it kept growing and growing so I wanted to shorten it a bit to make it look better.
