Yay, time to tell you all about a book signing I just went to on the 4th of this month! From the picture above you can already tell it was a Panel Discussion with some great YA authors. I got to keep that poster above and had all the authors sign it. (Thanks so much Joseph Beth for giving me the poster and for having these amazing authors at the store so I could meet them. )
I had a blast at this signing, YA authors are so funny and so laid back to talk to. I love that the best about them. Each of these author's were amazing and great at answering questions. I was so excited I got to see Julie Kagawa again and she is super nice and I love her books. The rest of the authors I hadn't ever meet and it was so great getting to chat with them about their books and their writing process as well.
Also my blogger friend Emily from Ed and Em's Reviews was there too and she is so sweet. We all had lunch together too. Also my friend Dawn got to come to this signing and I think it was the perfect pick for her to choose for her first book signing! YAY! (Thanks Emily so much for taking the pics with your camera and sending them to me as well. You rock!!! )
Now let's see what authors were at the signing and check out all the books I got!!
The panel was amazing, each one did a giveaway which was so cool too. I won a copy of Julie Kagawa's Novela. If you were chosen you had to ask the panel or just one author a question. It was so much fun asking them, If they had 30 min to talk to any author dead or alive who would they talk to and what would they ask. I always love asking that question. Here is a pic of all the books I got this day at the signing. Added in is the book I won from Julie Kagawa and the other book that is signed by Chris Colfer (who was at Joseph Beth before this signing and I had to miss it because I was sick. But I still got a signed copy!!! That is the beauty of Joseph Beth Bookstore. I love going to book signings and so far this is one of my favorite ones! Thanks again Joseph Beth Bookstore you are the best!!
